Our story

DishWhere started from two frustrations. First — great restaurants get buried under three-star Yelp reviews because the wait was long or the server was having a bad day, even when the food is exceptional. Second — you finally find a great spot, order half the menu, love it, and three months later you can't remember what you actually had.

The fix felt obvious: review the dish, not the experience. A hole-in-the-wall run by a family who's been perfecting their recipes for twenty years deserves to be found — even if they're a little understaffed on a Friday night. And when you do find something worth going back for, you should be able to remember exactly what to order. That's DishWhere. Honest reviews for the food itself, from people who actually ate it.
